KoyoTap（以下「当チーム」といいます）は、当チームが提供するウェブサイト、アプリ、関連サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

取得する情報

お問い合わせ時に利用者が入力または送信する氏名、メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容
サービス改善、不具合調査、利用状況確認のために必要となる端末情報、利用状況、クラッシュ情報
広告配信やアクセス解析を利用する場合に、各サービス提供元が取得する広告ID、 Cookie、端末情報、利用データ

お問い合わせへの返信、本人確認、必要な連絡のため
本サービスの提供、維持、改善、不具合対応のため

第三者サービス

本サービスでは、広告配信、アクセス解析、クラッシュレポート、アプリ配信プラットフォームなどの第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスによって取得される情報は、各提供元のプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。

本サイトでは、企業ページ、/play/ と事前登録ページの任意アクセス解析、およびトップページとゲーム一覧の Google AdSense の読み込みを停止しています。以前の解析許可が保存されていても、現在のページはそれを使って Google アナリティクスを起動しません。新しいページで、対象プロパティのブラウザから削除できる解析 Cookie を削除します。これにより既に Google に送信された記録や、配信サーバーが通常の通信に伴い扱う情報が削除されるわけではありません。

この停止は koyotap.com のページに関するものです。Android・iOS アプリ、GamePix・GameDistribution 等の別配信先は、各サービスとアプリ固有のポリシーをご確認ください。

アクセス解析

現在はアクセス解析への許可を求めずにゲームを利用できます。再開する場合は、対象者、目的、送信先、保存・削除と同意の扱いを確認したうえで、このページと必要な選択画面を更新します。

第三者提供

当チームは、法令に基づく場合、利用者の同意がある場合、または本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で業務委託先に提供する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

情報の管理

当チームは、取得した情報について、紛失、改ざん、漏えいなどを防ぐため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

未成年の利用

未成年の利用者が本サービスを利用する場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

変更

当チームは、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイトまたは本サービス内で告知します。

運営者と情報に関するご相談

運営者は合同会社KoyoTapです。事業者情報はこちらに掲載しています。情報の照会、訂正、削除、利用停止、同意の撤回等のご相談は、contact@koyotap.com へお送りください。対象のゲーム名、配信先、端末の OS、ご希望の内容をお知らせください。パスワード、カード番号、購入トークンは送らないでください。

ご本人又は代理人であることを必要最小限の情報で確認し、当社が取り扱う情報、関係する事業者と適用法令に応じて対応します。アンインストールや計測の停止だけで、送信済み情報や決済記録がすべて削除されるわけではありません。法令上保存が必要な場合、対象の記録を特定できない場合等は、対応できる範囲と理由をご案内します。適用法令に基づく監督機関等への申立てを妨げるものではありません。

オープンソース等の権利表示

自社サイト配信版に同梱する第三者ソフトウェア等の通知は、Block Crush、Glowline Pipes、Cube Merge Shot からご覧いただけます。ゲーム固有の絵・音楽・名称等を自由に利用できることを意味しません。

KoyoTap ("we") sets out below how user information is handled across the websites, apps, and related services we provide ("the Services").

Information we collect

The name, email address, and message content that a user enters or sends when contacting us
Device information, usage information, and crash reports where needed to improve the Services, investigate defects, and confirm how they are being used
Where advertising or analytics services are used, the advertising identifiers, cookies, device information, and usage data collected by those providers

How we use it

To reply to inquiries, verify identity, and send necessary communications
To provide, maintain, and improve the Services and to address defects
To analyse usage, improve quality, and consider new features
To respond to conduct that violates applicable law or our terms

Third-party services

The Services may use third-party services such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and app distribution platforms. Information collected by those services is handled in accordance with each provider's own privacy policy.

Optional analytics on our corporate pages, /play/, and pre-registration page, and Google AdSense loading on the home page and games catalog, are paused. Previously saved analytics permission does not start Google Analytics on the current pages. These pages remove the known properties' analytics cookies where browser access permits. This does not delete records previously sent to Google or information a hosting provider processes in ordinary network requests.

This pause concerns pages on koyotap.com. Android and iOS apps and distribution through GamePix, GameDistribution, or other platforms have separate app and service privacy notices.

Site analytics

You can currently play without being asked to allow analytics. Before resuming measurement, we will review the audience, purposes, recipients, retention and deletion, and consent arrangements, and update this notice and any required choices.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law, where the user has consented, or where it is provided to a subcontractor to the extent necessary to operate the Services.

Data handling

We take reasonable security measures to protect the information we collect against loss, alteration, and leakage.

Use by minors

Minors should use the Services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may revise this policy as necessary. Where a change is significant, we will announce it on this site or within the Services.

Operator and requests about your information

The operator is KoyoTap LLC. See our business information. For access, correction, deletion, restriction or stopping of use, consent withdrawal, or other information requests, contact contact@koyotap.com. Include the game, distribution platform, device OS, and what you are requesting. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or purchase tokens.

We use the minimum information needed to confirm that you are the person concerned or an authorized representative, and handle the request according to the records we process, the providers involved, and applicable law. Uninstalling or stopping analytics does not delete all previously transmitted data or payment records. If retention is legally required, a record cannot be identified, or another limit applies, we explain the available response and reason. This does not limit any right under applicable law to complain to a supervisory authority.

Third-party software notices

Component notices accompanying our self-hosted builds are available for Block Crush, Glowline Pipes, and Cube Merge Shot. These notices do not grant a license to game-specific artwork, audio, or branding.
