KoyoTap（以下「当チーム」といいます）は、当チームが提供するウェブサイト、アプリ、関連サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

お問い合わせ時に利用者が入力または送信する氏名、メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容
サービス改善、不具合調査、利用状況確認のために必要となる端末情報、利用状況、クラッシュ情報

第三者サービス

本サービスでは、広告配信、アクセス解析、クラッシュレポート、アプリ配信プラットフォームなどの第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスによって取得される情報は、各提供元のプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。

アクセス解析

本サイトでは、閲覧状況の把握のために Google LLC が提供するアクセス解析ツール「Google アナリティクス」を利用します。企業サイトのページでは、分析用の保存領域を denied とする設定で動作します。/play/ 以下では、ゲームを遊ぶ前後にアクセス解析への協力を任意で選択できます。初期状態は denied で、協力するを選択した場合のみ分析用の保存領域が granted となり、Google アナリティクスが _ga などの Cookie を保存することがあります。協力しないを選択した場合は denied のままとし、当該プロパティの Cookie を削除します（ブラウザが許す範囲）。選択結果は設定を記憶するためにブラウザの localStorage に保存し、氏名やメールアドレスなど利用者を直接特定する情報には使用しません。ゲームは選択にかかわらず利用できます。ゲームのイベントや閲覧状況を含む集計は、協力を選択した利用者の範囲を中心としたものとなり、全利用者数を示すものではありません。取得される情報の取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。収集を停止したい場合は、/play/ページ下部の「解析設定」から変更できます。

第三者提供

当チームは、法令に基づく場合、利用者の同意がある場合、または本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で業務委託先に提供する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

情報の管理

当チームは、取得した情報について、紛失、改ざん、漏えいなどを防ぐため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

未成年の利用

未成年の利用者が本サービスを利用する場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

変更

当チームは、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイトまたは本サービス内で告知します。

Site analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is viewed. Corporate pages start with analytics storage denied. On pages under /play/, visitors can optionally allow analytics without affecting gameplay. Storage remains denied until the visitor chooses to allow it; after that choice, Google Analytics may store cookies such as _ga. Choosing decline keeps storage denied and removes this property's cookies where the browser permits. The choice is kept in the browser's localStorage as a preference and is not used to identify a person. We do not receive information that directly identifies a visitor, such as a name or email address. Game and page events therefore describe the opted-in portion of visits and should not be read as a complete visitor count. You can change the choice from “Analytics settings” in the /play/ footer. Information collected is handled in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law, where the user has consented, or where it is provided to a subcontractor to the extent necessary to operate the Services.

Data handling

We take reasonable security measures to protect the information we collect against loss, alteration, and leakage.

Use by minors

Minors should use the Services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may revise this policy as necessary. Where a change is significant, we will announce it on this site or within the Services.
